- Please discuss your needs with a Clarity team member before purchasing these services– we want to make sure you don’t pay for more than you need to.
- Please note that, depending on the size of your old and new mailbox, you may need to purchase additional storage directly from your email provider. For example, a free Gmail account has half of the storage of basic Google Workspace account. Your Clarity team member will talk you through these details and options during your consultation.
- We request that you do your due diligence to ensure that you are not migrating any data that is prohibited in your employment contract. Clarity, Inc. is not liable for contractual violations, known or unknown.

Email Export Only
$400
- Initial consultation and planning with a Clarity team member
- Full service walkthrough of the migration tier from beginning to end
- Downloading mailbox data and converting it to a .pst file
- Providing you with the completed file
- Import to new address is not included
- Export/Import of contacts, CRM, and cloud storage is not included
LEVEL E2
Email Export & Import
$700
- This tier includes all of the services provided in Level 1, as well as —
- Analyzing the size and scope of an import to your account of choice
- Importing the email file data into the new account
- Monitoring the upload progress and systematically verifying that the imported and exported data match
- Export/Import of contacts, CRM, and cloud storage is not included
LEVEL E3
Addional Data Export / Import
$900
- This tier includes all the services provided in Levels 1 and 2, as well as —
- Exporting additional data and importing it to an account of your choosing
- This service often includes exporting and importing contacts, cloud storage, and CRM data. Please discuss with your team member if you have somthing outside of this scope
- Emergency service not included
EMERGENCY
Expedited Service for Any Level
Level x2
- Because Clarity operates with a small team, your designated team member will need prior approval from management for any emergency migrations, once approved they will send you a payment link.
- We do our best to accomodate all migration requests, occasionally these quick turnarounds are not possible because of existing contracted work with long-term clients.
- Includes emergency service for any level with a 2 business day turnaround
